MEET THE TEAM

DANNY
The one who started all of this.
Danny submitted his own bio. We have chosen to publish it anyway out of respect for his confidence.
Danny is the kind of bloke who sees something broken and, instead of accepting it, makes it everyone’s problem until it’s fixed. In this case, the broken thing was the way truck drivers share information. The solution was Yeah Copy.
He drives trucks for a living, builds apps between runs, plays Pokémon GO at servo stops, and has pushed emergency fixes from the side of highways more times than he’d like to admit.
He got into trucking, then got into coding, and somewhere along the way Yeah Copy was born.
Still driving. Still building. Still somehow making it work.
PODGE
Early believer, OG supporter and podcasting legend
Podge is far too humble to write his own bio, so we did it for him.
Back when Yeah Copy was little more than an idea held together by optimism and not much else, Podge was there. He was one of the first people to reach out, not just to use the app, but to genuinely ask how he could help.
When things got tough in the early days and the future of Yeah Copy wasn’t exactly certain, Podge showed up. That’s not something you forget.
He drives a 90. We look past it.
Podge is also the creator and host of Trucking with Podge, a podcast the Yeah Copy team is genuinely proud to support.
Yeah Copy wouldn’t be what it is today without people like Podge believing in it when it was nothing more than an idea.

RUSTY
Ideas man, voice of reason, professional pig and roo remover
Rusty had no idea this bio was being written. He probably still doesn’t.
Rusty and Danny go way back. Far enough back that neither of them will say exactly how long because it makes them feel old.
He drives a 909. A slow one. We’ll leave it at that.
When he’s not out there culling pigs and roos with the front of his truck — which is apparently just a Tuesday for Rusty — he’s helping Danny come up with new ideas for Yeah Copy.
He’s one of those rare people who can generate a genuinely good idea and then immediately talk Danny out of taking it seventeen steps too far. That particular skill is worth more than any salary.
If Danny needs a quick answer at 11pm from a servo carpark in the middle of nowhere, Rusty picks up. Every time. No questions asked.
Yeah Copy is better because of him.
WILSO
Chief tester, reformed TikTok creator, fully sick moustache owner
Wilso definitely approved this bio. Probably.
Once upon a time, Wilso was a TikTok content creator. A genuine one. Then he saw the light, got behind the wheel of a 409 and started running tankers like a man reborn.
We are all incredibly happy he made that decision.
These days, he’s the bloke Danny calls when something breaks, a bridge coordinate is off by 200 metres, or a stupid idea needs to be shut down before it becomes everyone’s problem.
Wilso tests new features from the cab of his 409, finds fixes and tells Danny exactly what he thinks — valuable or deeply inconvenient, depending on the day.
He’s also got a moustache that deserves its own Instagram account.
We’re just glad he’s here.
